To: The Cayuga Heights Village Board via Village Clerk of Cayuga Heights
From: Fred and Mary Widding, Cayuga Heights residents since 1968
We fully support the findings of the environmental impact statement prepared by Tim Miller Associates which concluded
that there are no negative impacts from reducing the herd of deer in OUR village.
Please proceed with plans to cull and sterilize the herd of deer in appropriate numbers which will restore balance to our
village’s ecosystem.
Please consider the opinions from those of us who are village residents as having more decision bearing weight over
those individuals and groups living outside of our village.
We thank you and the Deer Remediation Advisory Committee for your problem solving thoroughness resulting in a
reasonable Deer Remediation Plan to restore our village’s quality of life and safety.
