The Vil :s Mavorr and Board of Trustees recosnize that fences have been erected within the Villase are non-cornoliant with the terms of Zonins Ordinance Iiection 9,that the number of such fences been increasing at an accelerating rate in recent years, and that such acceleration is apparently result of the increase in the population of deer within the \y'illase. The intent ofthis Local Law is to vide the Village an oppottunity to review proposals for new fences and walls before they are in order to insure that said fences and walls comply with 's Zonins Ordinance.the requirements of Section 9 of the Vill IJpcuoN II. AUTHORITY.
