Again in the Village of Cayuga Heights, 19 runs in the Town of Ithaca and 7 uests. We had 34 EMS calls and 25 fire calls. Late in the month we call in the Town of Ithaca for a gas odor. We are seeing an increase in gas to a new NYSEG policy. Any time NYSEG is dispatched to a residence the fire department is sent as well. Many of these calls are unfounded. In was an unattached gas hose that was found to be open, filling the house tober. In mid October we responded to the city to help cover during a they were out on.
