The Mayor asked for a resolution to approve the minutes of January 13, 2010. Motion by Trustee Supron Seconded by Trustee Szekely Move to approve Resolution xxxx approving the minutes of January 13, 2010. As Mayor Gilmore and Trustee Bors both abstained due to the fact that they were not at the meeting, there was no quorum to vote. The vote was delayed until Trustee Riesman arrived. Motion by Trustee Szekely Seconded by Trustee Andolina Motion to move into Private Session at 9:20 am to consult with Village Attorney. Mayor Gilmore, Trustees Andolina, Bors, Supron and Szekely voted YES Motion by Trustee Supron Seconded by Trustee Szekely Motion to move out of Private Session at 10:30 am. Mayor Gilmore, Trustees Andolina, Bors, Supron and Szekely voted YES At this time, the meeting was turned over to Attorney Marcus who continued through Part 3 of the SEQR long form with the trustees. Trustee Riesman arrived at 10:45 am and the Board voted on approving the minutes of January 13. 2 Trustees Andolina, Riesman, Supron and Szekely VOTED YES Mayor Gilmore and Trustee Bors ABSTAINED The date and time of the next SEQR meeting was discussed. Motion by Trustee Bors Seconded by Trustee Szekely Move to approve Resolution xxxx setting the next SEQR meeting for February 5, 2010 at 9:15 am at the Village Hall. Mayor Gilmore, Trustees Andolina, Bors, Supron and Szekely VOTED YES. Motion by Trustee Bors Seconded by Trustee Andolina Move to adjourn the SEQR meeting at 11:00 am. Mayor Gilmore, Trustees Andolina, Bors, Supron and Szekely voted YES VOTED YES.
