HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes of the Special Board Meeting for SEQR January 13, 2010.pdf 1 Minutes of the Board of Trustees January 13, 2010 Village of Cayuga Heights Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to perform the SEQRA long form review for the Draft Deer Remediation Plan dated 9/21/09 Present: Trustees Andolina, Donner, Riesman, Supron and Szekely, Attorney Marcus, Chief Boyce, Clerk Manning Absent: Mayor Gilmore; Trustee Bors Others: James LaVeck, Jenny Stein, Eric Huang ************************************************************************* The meeting was called to order at 9:15 AM by Deputy Mayor Donner. The Deputy Mayor asked for a resolution to approve the minutes of December 9, 2009. Motion by Trustee Szekely Seconded by Trustee Supron Move to approve Resolution xxxx approving the minutes of December 9, 2009 with corrections as noted. Deputy Mayor Donner, Trustees Andolina, Donner, Riesman, Supron and Szekely VOTED YES. Deputy Mayor Donner then turned the meeting over to Attorney Marcus, who proceeded to go over items in Part 2 that were left from the last meeting. After that was completed with any new information brought by the Trustees, Attorney Marcus led the Trustees through Part 3 of the SEQR form. As a result of completing Part 2 of the SEQR, the Board identified 6 areas of “Potential Large Impact” as raised in questions 9, 11, 13, 18, 19 and 20. The Board then discussed the importance of taking each of the above listed questions and develop a draft evaluation of the importance of the impacts to be used with each of the above listed questions. Each of the above questions would be discussed further at the next SEQR meeting. Motion by Trustee Szekely Seconded by Trustee Supron Move to approve Resolution xxxx setting the next SEQR meeting for January 26, 2010 at 9:15 am at the Village Hall. Deputy Mayor Donner, Trustees Andolina, Donner, Riesman, Supron and Szekely VOTED YES. 2 Motion by Trustee Szekely Seconded by Trustee Riesman Move to adjourn the SEQR meeting at 11:05 am. Deputy Mayor Donner, Trustees Andolina, Donner, Riesman, Supron and Szekel y VOTED YES.
