deemed appropriate, have separately and jointiy considered, evaluated and discussed additional
arangements and contractual terms purspant to which the Village of Lansing would receive andtranspott wastewater from the District to the Village of Cayuga Heights sewer system, theVillage of Cayuga Heights would receivle, transport and treat wastewater from the District, andthe District would pay fees to the Villagp of Cayuga Heights and the Village of Lansing reiated
thereto; and
E. The Village of Cayuga Hdights believos that it has been and continues to be in thebest interests of the Village of Cayuga Feights to aocept wastewater from users outside of theVillage of Cayuga Heights in order to more efficiently use existing unused capacity at theVillage of Cayuga Heights Wastewater Treatment Plani and to derive revenue therefrbm, and
believes that it is in the best interests of Xfre Village of Cayuga Heights, as well as the Village ofLansing and the Town of Lansing, to wfrk together in their efforts to reach an agreemeni thutwill enable the parties to permit the Vilfage of Cayuga Heights to receive, transport and treat
wastewater from the District; and

H' Following the approva df tfr. Proposed Agreement as aforesaid, revisions wererequested by the Village of Lansing, iwhic! ,.uiriors have been approved by the Town ofLansing and have been incorporated inlto a Revise{ Proposed Agreement, a copy of which isamnexed hereto; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEp as FOLLOWS:
1. The Village Board of Trustrees hereby determines, pursuant to part 617 of theImplementing Regulations peftaining to Arlicle 8 of the Environmental ConservationLaw (the State Environmental Qualiiy Review Act ["SEeRA"]), that execution of theRevised Proposed Agreement as prwided for herein is u ryp"'il action, constitutin!o'routine or continuing agencf, administration and -unug"-.nt, not including newprograms or major reordering of priorities that may affect the environment,,, and thusmay be processed without fuither regard tO SEeRA; and
The Village Board of Trusteef hereby approves the Revised proposed Agreement, acopy of which has been submiped to the Bbard and reviewed at this meetirig; and
The Village Board of Trusteei hereby autlilorizes the Mayor to execute such RevisedProposed Agreement :n beJlalf o_f the Village, in the form presented to the VillageRoard of Trustees,
