We are pleased to submit to the Village of Cayuga HeNights ("Owne/') this proposal for
engineering services related to the development of a $ewer Service Area map and evaluation o{
water consumption for the customer base currently sQrved by the Wastewater Treatment Plant
('vchtwTPJ.
ln general, the Study involves the verification of individual customer connections to municipal
saniterry sewer rnains within the VCHWTF service area together with an accounting of historical
water consumption data. The VCHWTP $ervice area includes properties located in the Villages
of Cavuoa Heicrht.s and Lansino: and the ifowns of DrVden. lthaca and Lansinq. The customerof Cavuga Heights and Lansing; and the ifowns of Drfden, lthaca and Lansing. The customer
