To avoid any and all .possible conflict of interest,it is hereby resolved that no past or
current employee, nor their family relations may provide a paid service outside
their regular salary and duties to the Village of Cayuga Heights or its subsidiaries.
Additionally, no Board Member or their family relations may provide a paid service
to the Village of Cayuga Heights or its subsidiaries. Any exception to this policy
requires majority Village Board review and approval in advance of any such paid
service being rendered and written confirmation of same on file in the clerk's office.
