Dear Mayor Supron:
My name is Mike Ellis and I reside at 111 Sheldon Road in the Village of Cayuga Heights
where I have lived for 23 years.
I did not attend the public hearing last night (December 6, 2010) , but for the record,
this email is being sent to give you my full support in your efforts to significantly
reduce the deer population.
Moreover, I strongly urge you and the Trustees to continue your efforts to put forth what
you determine is the most efficient way to reduce the grossly overpopulated number of
deer that we have in the Village. The sooner the better! The time has arrived to
implement action on this issue.
It is also my belief that the views of Village residents should be given much more weight
than non-residents and most especially those non-residents who are nothing more than
hired hands directly funded by a certain deep-pocketed group and/or family who are
opposed to dealing with this serious issue.
I appreciate the efforts and determination of yourself and the Trustees in dealing with
this issue.
