I am very upset that the net and bolt method is being considered in Cayuga Heights as a means of deer
population control. This method is EXTREMELY cruel, inhumane and barbaric, and has proven itself to
be an ineffective means of population control. I urge you to please drop ANY plans to implement net and
bolt and investigate other methods that are more effective and humane.
