During file month ot'Novemher there were 97 coinpltiints repotted to the police department, ]'here were
also 1 irtotor vehicle accidents mvest.igated. There were 52 traffic tickets issued and 9 patkigg tickets
written.
There wits I Felony complaint reported for the month of November. An unknown suUject walked into the
Mobile station oil ldanshaw Rd, proceeded to forcibly take $1 10 from the cash register and fled the scene.
No suspects have been identiIted and the investigation is pending.
There were 7 inisdenlcanors reported': larceny, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, aggrt>atcd harassment,

fraud,criminal contempt, and DWt. The larceny wets a report thatsomvone,had entered a resident's vehicle
and stolen some of their personal belalgings, There are no suspects. While on patrol, an officer came
across a sign post that had been knocked over and damaged. There is no inforlllaiion as to whom or what
drmlal ed the pole.'rhe trespass complaint was a report Front a resident.who had their vehicle rifled through
one night, but nothing, had been taken, There are rlo suspects.The fraud was a complaint called in from a
resident cif Kendall of Ithaca. 'rile resident reported a suspicious phone call in which she thought someone
Was trying to get rlloney Front her. The respondin4� officer -live necessary advice Ir)d there have been no
tnl'lhei'1)I1QnC calls repO1-ted,The crntttnal contempt complaint was regarding a subject who had VlC)1aLCd an
order of protection. ,fife victim called to report that her ex-boyfriend had been scndipg her text message
and coffins her employe r. This was a violation of`then` order of protection. 'file officer documented the
Pertinent informatioll and advised the victim of her rights. An officer had been working DWI patrol and
conic across a vehicle heading north on state route 13 and observed a few C)bvious violations. After the
officer pulled file driver over anti conducted held sobriety tests, it was found that the driver had been under
the influence and was arrested.
"There were 5 violations reported in the month of November: all noise violations, Each incident was handled
appropriately with no further problems reported.
There were no village.ordinance complaints reported in file month of October.
In the month of November, Chief 1joyce, all patrol officers, and the police clerk attended numerous
training classes for the upcoming county-wide change to Spillman. All officers also participated in night
brie fftrearins ran.11etrain'ing.
Durim) the month ol'November, the fiell time officers worked it total of 89.5 hours of overtime and the part
time officers worked a total of 204.5 hours.
