It is riot required that the Board respond to any statement ot question. The public shall be invited to speak only during Pdvilege of the Floor. The Board may allow the public to speak fiuther at other times. Speakers must be recognized by the presiding officer. Speakers should stand up unless handicapped.. Speakers should give their narne) address and orgar:tzation, tf any. Speakers must limit their remarks to 2 minutes . Speakers may not yield any remaining time to another speaker. Board members or the Mayor, may interupt a speaker during their remarks, for purposes of cladfication or information. Speakers shall observe expectations of courtesy, decorum, digorty and good taste. Interested parties may address the Board by writen communications. Members of the audience shali not engage a speaker, or each other. If courtesy and dig-ty is not observed, the Mayor or Board members rnay terminate the speakers time. 10/16/08
