THE PLANNING BOARD RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
The Town of Ulysses Planning Board has accepted the site plan dated April 30, 2024, Map C-1.0
and C-2.0 schematic for the underground drain diversion trench detail. Therefore we
recommend the Town Of Ulysses Town Board amend the zoning code for Development District
8 (Moore's Marine).
