NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that a pub-
lic hearing will be held by the
Town Board of the Town of Ulysses,
Tompkins County, New York, at the
Town Office Building, No. 10 Elm
Street, Trumansburg, New York on
the 18th day of February 1960 at
8 p.m. in the matter of the adop-
tion of a Proposed Zoning Ordinance
as recommended to the Town Board
by the Zoning Commission of said
Town.
The said ordinance affects all
property in the Town of Ulysses
outside of the Village of Trumans-
burg. A copy of the proposed Ordin-
ance is on file at the Town Clerk's
Office where it may be seen during
business hours by any interested
person.
The purpose of the said public
hearing to be hear all persons desir-
ing to be heard for or against the
adoption of said Ordinance.
