Vice Chair Elizabeth Weatherby called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm at the Town Hall.
Approval of Agenda
Motion: Klein motioned to approve the agenda; Klankowski seconded.

Approval of Past Minutes
Motion: Klein motioned to table approval of the June meeting minutes; Marino seconded.

Motion Carried.
Motion: Klein motioned to approve the June 4 meeting minutes with one correction; Klankowski
seconded.

Motion: Weatherby motioned to approve the July 2 meeting minutes with added details; Basilius

No members of the public attended the meeting.

Old Business Items
Review Revised Drafts of the Transportation Element and the Community Well-Being Element for
Public Release
The Committee reviewed the use of maps in the chapter and timelines for additional review.

Discussion ensued over various improvements and additions to the chapters.
Review Timeline and Confirm Direction for 2nd Public Open House and Public Notifications
Tygesen stated that the Town is coordinating with the Racker Center to host the second open house
on October 6. The committee reviewed the draft notice mailer that will be sent to all residents.
New Business Items
Review Capital Facilities and Utilities Element
The committee considered possible additions to the chapter.
Review Land Use and Ag Maps and Data
Committee members received the maps to review in preparation for future discussions.
Preparation for CPSC Public Hearings to Begin September 3
Committee members discussed the timeline for upcoming hearings.
Next Steps
The committee reviewed the timeline for the rest of the plan.

iii. Built Environment
B. Review Draft Chapters: Land Use Element and Future Land Use Map
C. Review Draft SEQR Full Environmental Assessment Form
D. Planning Process & 2nd Public Open House Preparation
