Chair Karl Klankowski called the meeting to order at 7pm at Town Hall.
Approval of Agenda
Motion: Mr. Klein motioned to approve the agenda; Ms. Liddle seconded.

Motion Carried.
Approval of Past Minutes
Motion: Ms. Liddle motioned to approve the August 19 meeting minutes as written; Mr. Klein seconded.

Motion Carried.
Privilege of the Floor
No members of the public addressed the Board during privilege of the floor.

SPR2507-02: Wilson Tram
Final Site Plan Review
1587 Taughannock Blvd, Parcel Number 18.-1-1.4
The applicant, Shawn Ritchie, on behalf of the owner, Victoria Wilson, proposes to construct a new 85’ tram
system from the upper portion of the subject lot down the steep slope to the lower portion of the lot near the
shoreline. The Planning Board previously reviewed the sketch plan proposal on August 19, 2025 and scheduled
final site plan review for the September 16th meeting.
Mr. Klankowski asked if any comments were received. Mr. Tygesen responded in the negative and added that the
BZA has a scheduled hearing for tomorrow for the related variances.
Motion: Mr. Klankowski motioned to discuss draft resolution; Mr. McDonald seconded.
Vote: Chair Klankowski, aye; Liddle, aye; McDonald, aye; Gragg, aye; Klein, aye.

Mr. Klankowski clarified that the project needs to go to the BZA due to the lake setback.
Motion: Mr. Klein motioned to approve Planning Board Resolution No. 2025-015: A Resolution of Final Site Plan
Approval for the Wilson Tram Located at 1587 Taughannock Blvd, Parcel Number 18.-1-1.4; Mr. McDonald
seconded.
Vote: Chair Klankowski, aye; Liddle, aye; McDonald, aye; Gragg, aye; Klein, aye.
Motion Carried.
Stream Recommendation to Town Board
The group worked on clarifying the memo that will be shared with the Town Board with the goals of: creating
consistency in the zoning law on what is considered a stream; what the setbacks are; and increasing public
awareness.
New Business Items
Review of Draft Comp Plan Chapter: Community Well-Being
The group did not have much feedback on this chapter. Mr. Gragg noted that section 9.3.1 didn’t make sense as it
is about expanding access to fresh food for residents but one of the goals is to add pop-up vendors “like art &
handcrafts.”
Capital Facilities, Services, and Utilities
The group did not have much feedback as they didn’t believe the topic is relevant to their charge as a board.
