DESIGNS FOR NEW TOWN PARK:
We had a great turnout for the 11/12 Open House to view survey results and draft designs for the parcel on Cold Springs Road park.The town partnered with the Cornell Design Connect program to help with a
community survey and planning.

THANKSGIVING FOOD PANTRY:
All are welcome at the Thanksgiving Food Pantry on Monday,November 17th from 3:30-6:00pm atthe Trumansburg United Methodist Church.
In addition to their regular offerings,they provide turkey,stuffing,gravy,potatoes,items forgreen bean casserole,rolls,farm fresh vegetables,cranberry sauce,pie and whipped cream.
The pantry would like to thank those who have contributed to the offerings:
• students of the Ulysses Civics Club
• Perry City Orchards
• Stick and Stone Farm
This distribution is expected to be the largest pantry distribution ever and financial help is needed to ensure no one is turned away.If you are able you can donate in one of the following ways:

UPCOMING MEETINGS/HEARINGS:
The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting scheduled for 11/19(third Wednesday)has been cancelled.
f<Qmorehensive Plan Steering Committee Open House-Wed.11/19,from 4-7pm at Town Hall.
If you couldn't make it to the last Open House on Oct.6,you have another opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the plan!
The committee must approve a final draft before it goes to the Town Board for further review and final adoption.

SEEKING A CLEANER AT TOWN HALL:
We are seeking a weekly cleaner. Duties include once a week cleaning(during times when the building.is not open to the public)and periodic deep cleaning.Must use non-toxic,low odor cleaning products.Experience
with cleaning for local government or other organizations with sensitive information preferred.A background check will be conducted for this position.
$22/hour
4-6 hrs/week
