Approval of Agenda Motion: Klankowski motioned to approve the amended agenda; Weaver seconded. Vote: Chair DiPetta, aye; Marino, aye; Klein, aye; Weatherby, aye; Klankowski, aye, Basilius, aye; Weaver, aye; Olson, aye. Motion Carried. Approval of Past Minutes Motion: Olson motioned to approve the February meeting minutes with the addition of a few details; Marino seconded. Vote: Chair DiPetta, aye; Marino, aye; Klein, aye; Weatherby, aye; Klankowski, aye, Basilius, aye; Weaver, aye; Olson, aye. Motion Carried. Privilege of the Floor Cheryl Thompson spoke about hoping to see some forms of cluster housing zoning succeed in rural areas of town and asked if this is under consideration. The committee agreed they are not yet at this stage. Olson suggested that residents submit inquiries and suggestions through the community survey. Alex Acuna asked where to take the survey. Acuna spoke about wanting to hear more about the proposed land donation. Tygesen stated that the survey can be accessed from the Town website’s homepage. Hard copies are also available at the Town Hall. Motion: Klankowski motioned to close privilege of the floor; Weatherby seconded. Vote: Chair DiPetta, aye; Marino, aye; Klein, aye; Weatherby, aye; Klankowski, aye, Basilius, aye; Weaver, aye; Olson, aye. Motion Carried. Old Business Items Review Updated Vision Statements Angelina White asked for feedback and for committee members to notify her of any needed corrections. The committee discussed the length of the statement and balancing various initiatives for the future. Discussion ensued over balancing various objectives.
