Vice Chair Weatherby called the meeting to order at 3:45 pm at Town Hall.
Approval of Agenda
Motion: Klein motioned to approve the agenda; Klankowski seconded.
Vote: Basilius, aye; Klankowski, aye; Klein, aye; Marino, aye; Weaver; aye; and Vice Chair Weatherby,
aye.
Motion Carried.
New Business Items
Comp Plan Consultant Interviews
The Committee conducted interviews with two consulting firms in response to the RFQ published for the
Comp Plan update. Each firm was allotted 15 minutes to start with a prepared presentation followed by
45 minutes of questions posited by Committee members related to sustainability, housing, agriculture,
process and coordination, natural resources, and public engagement.
MRB's interview was represented by Matt Horn and Matthew McKenna.
The Committee took a brief break then interviewed Community Revitalization & Rejuvenation
Consultants, represented by Gary Ferguson, JoAnn Cornish, Michele Palmer, Scott Whitham.
Motion: Klein made a motion to adjourn; Klankowski seconded.

aye.
Motion Carried.
