Georgia; and Attorney Mariette Geldenhuys. Absent: Councilwoman Lucia Tyler Supervisor Marino called the meeting to order at 7 : 00 p . m. Ms. Marino presented the agenda items . • Proposed Energy Use Resolution for Town Hall • Closed session on EMS Energy Use Resolution This resolution was introduced by Ms . Thomas at the last meeting . Ms. Thomas said that she is still researching energy reduction options and would like the resolution tabled at this time. Approval of Vouchers Ms. Thomas said that three expenses came in today that require payment before the next Board meeting in August. Ms . Thomas moved, seconded by Mr. Kerness the following : BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses approves vouchers 285 through 287 in the amount of $ 1 ,412 . 00 . Ms. Marino aye Ms . Thomas aye Mr. Kerness aye Mr. Romer aye Adopted Newsletter Ms . Thomas reported that the newsletter is at the printers and she picked up the proof today to review. Ms . Thomas is working on updating the web page with the EMS information. Ms. Marino moved, seconded by Ms . Thomas the following : BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses moves to go into a closed session for discussion with the Attorney Geldenhuys .
