Others Present : Scott Heyman Supervisor Marino called the meeting to order at 2 : 35 pm and moved to go into executive session to discuss matters relating to the employment and financial history of particular persons : Ms . Tyler seconded the motion, all in favor. Special meeting reconvened and Ms . Marino moved, seconded by Mr. Romer to adjourn ; all in favor and meeting adjourned at 3 : 15 pm .
