Junk on Seneca Road — Seneca County
Ms. Geldenhuys reported that she had checked, at Mr. Ellis ' s request on the junk vehicles
on Seneca Road in Seneca County. Ms . Geldenhuys said that there are certain provisions
in the NYS Fire Prevention and Building Codes depending on the exact situation and also

would fall under a definition of a junkyard. Ms . Geldenhuys said that it is not a hundred
percent clear ,to her until she could learn more about the situation . Ms . Geldenhuys feels
the best course of action would be to write a letter of complaint to Seneca County which
enforces the State Codes in the Town of Covert.
