This comprehensive plan is intended to act as a road map for determining prospective locations for growth , future changes in zoning , and the identification of important natural features and other places in the Town that should be preserved . We need the input of property owners/residents, 18 years and older , as this plan is being prepared . Please take a few minutes to respond to the survey questions below, and return it NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 23, 1994 .
