I would agree with you Tom and I hope we can give a better advance notice in the future.

why being given two business days advance notice of this meeting is seen as suitable,
because it is not. I now have to cancel one patient in order to attend, and if I were to
participate in the 5-7pm portion of events, I would have to cancel two more. This is
unreasonable.
I expect that subsequent meetings will be scheduled with at least 2 weeks notice. Less than
that makes it appear like an attendance/participation deterrent tactic.
