TOWN OF VIRGIL SPECIAL MEETING
April 21st 2016
PRESENT: Supervisor John Kaminski, Board Members Jereme Stiles, Eric Snow, Gary Pelton
5:00 PM – SUPERVISOR KAMINSKI CALLED THE SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER
RESOLUTION #16-049 ACCEPT THE LOWEST BID FOR THE CREEK RECLAMATION PROJECT: Supervisor Kaminski stated the reason for
the special meeting was to review the bids for the Creek Reclamation Project. They discussed the recommendations from Engineer
Cedarwood. Member Stiles made a motion to accept the recommendation from Cedarwood to accept the lowest bid from Stevens
Excavation in the amount of $246,070. Member Snow seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes-Members Snow, Stiles, Pelton and
Kaminski. Nays: None.
Some discussion took place regarding required signage for the Creek Reclamation Project. Member Stiles said he would look int o
getting a price.
With no further business to discuss, Supervisor Kaminski asked for a motion to adjourn. Member Stiles moved to adjourn the
meeting at 5:20 P.M. Member Stiles seconded the Motion. Vote: Ayes-Members Snow, Stiles, Pelton and Stiles. Nays: None.
