PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF VIRGIL FOR THE YEAR 2018
November 20th, 2017
PRESENT: Supervisor John Kaminski, Board Members Gary Pelton, Matthew Denniston and Jereme Stiles, Town Clerk Alane Van
Donsel, Attorney Patrick Snyder. Member Eric Snow was excused.
6:00 PM – SUPERVISOR KAMINSKI CALLED THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER.
Supervisor Kaminski asked the public three times if there were none.
Member Stiles made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Member Pelton seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes: Member Denniston,
Stiles and Kaminski. NAYS: None.
RESOLUTION # 17-113 ADOPT THE 2018 BUDGET: Member Stiles made a motion to adopt the 2018 budget. Member Pelton
seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes: Member Pelton Denniston, Stiles and Kaminski. NAYS: None.
DISCUSSION: There was none.
With no further business to discuss, Supervisor Kaminski asked for a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing. Member Stiles moved to
adjourn the meeting at 6:03 P.M. Member Pelton seconded the Motion. Vote: Ayes-Members Pelton, Denniston, Stiles and
Kaminski. Nays: None.
