copies of records or portions thereof pertaining to (or containing) mention of items detailed in the
three (3) paragraphs of the request referenced here. The approximate date of delivery of the

1 . All communications between any former or current Village of Cayuga Heights
official and any faculty, stafi or sfudents at the Natural Resources Departrnent at
Cornell University (including but not limited to Bemd Blossey, Paul Cu*is and Jay
Boulanger) pertaining to deer, deer management, deer hunting, deer sterilization, or
the deer management progftrm in the Village of Lansing, NYfrom January 1, 2013
to the date this request is ftlfilled.
2. All communications and other records in the possession of Village pertaining to the
Natural Resources Department at Cornell Universiff or any of its faculty, staff, or
students (including but not limited to Bernd Blossey, Paul Curtis and Jay
Boulanger) from January 1,2013 to the date this request is fulftlled.
3. All communications between any former or cuRent Village of Cayuga Heights
official and any official in the Village oflansing, NYpertaining to deer, deer
management, deer hur*ing, deer sterilization or the Cornell University Department
ofNatural Resources or any of its faculty, staff, or students (including but not
limitedto Bernd Blossey, Paul Curtis and Jay Boulanger) from January 1,2013 to
the date this request is futfilted
