This is a request for information filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
I wish to inspect the following records:
My name is Revital Aviram Rabinowitch, and I am writing to request your assistant with
resolving; a speeding ticket that I plead guilty for. I am an Israeli citizen, and, while I was visiting
my son in Ithaca, I was pulled over by the police for speeding; - 45 MPH in a 30 MPH zone - on
July 281h 2017. The police officer handed me a court summons to appear in court (Cayuga Heights
Village Court, 836, Hanshaw road). The summons provided an option to submit a guilty plea by
mail. I plead guilty and placed the letter in the police/court mail box. I didn't keep any copy of it.
I have two concerns: first, I am worried that my guilty plea was not received. Second, I am afraid
that the court will mail its decision to Israel, and I will not get it on time. The Israel Post Office is
slower than USPS.
I am willing to pay any fine required.
As I am back in Israel already, could you please give me a copy of the summons, check that the
guilty plea is in the file, and change the mailing address to my son's mailing address in Ithaca.

on the summons is incorrect. On the summons, my first name is Aviram and my last name
is Rabinowitch.
