Pursuant to New York State Public Officers Law article 6, this is an open public
records request for the following records:
All records and addresses of private and public lands to be utilized in the deer
management program within the village of Cayuga Heights, N.Y., but not limited to the
following types of documents: emails, phone logs, reports, and memos.
Records of Cayuga Heights insurance policies and White Buffalo Inc., that are
pertinent to the deer management program, (including liability protection, and/or medical
policies), but not limited to the following types of documents: emails, phone logs,
reports, and memos.
Records of all landowner authorization forms but not limited to the following
documents: emails, phone logs, reports, and memos.
A copy of the village and any dept. record destruction policy and record destruction
schedule.
