case file regarding the accident involving a Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus and
pedestrian Angela Stedwell (DOB 5130159) that occurred on January 26,2015 at approximately 7:20 a.m.
on Jessup Road (A Lot) on the North Campus of Comell University in Ithaca, NY. Please produce all
materials in this case file, including but not limited to: photographs, statements, notes, citations,
correspondence, and resolution of any and all citations.
Please be advised that a "record" for purposes of the Freedom of Information Law is defined as
any information kept, held, filed, produced, or reproduced by, with or for a public agency, in any physical
