Nine fatalities. Dear Ms. Joan M. Mangione: Please conduct a thorough search for all Village documents, records, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, diaries, etc., relating to the subject fire that resulted in nine arson homicides. The search may be restricted to documents dated 1967 and located in the archived record collections of (1) former Village Mayor (1956 -1988) Frederick G. Marcham, PhD ‘26 (1898- 1992), (2) the Village of Cayuga Heights Board of Trustees, (3) the Village Attorney and (4) the Village Fire Department. The following document is not required. Title: Inquest into the deaths on April 5, 1967, of Martha Beck, Jeffrey Smith, Jennie Sun, Peter Cooch, Meimei C. Cheng, Anne C. McCormic, Carol Kurtz, John A. Finch, and Christina Wallden.
