Dear Records Access Officer,
This is a request under the New York Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL"). Please
inform me of the cost of providing paper copies of the following records to me:
1. Any Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with the Cornell University Police
Department
2, Local rules or regulations regarding law enforcement jurisdiction on Cornell
University grounds
3. Established rules, regulations and procedures for the investigation of a violent
felony offense on Cornell University grounds
4. Correspondence or memoranda regarding law enforcement jurisdiction on Cornell
University grounds
5. Records regarding Cornell University Police Department investigations of violent
felony offenses referred to the Village of Cayuga Heights Police Department
If, for any reason, any portion of my request is denied, please inform me of the reasons
for the denial in writing and provide the name, address and e-mail address of the person or body
to whom an appeal should be directed.
