Subject:FOIL request- 2230 North Triphammer Road
Greetings,
When were building permits issued on the first phase of construction work for the renovation and expansion
of the Kendal at Ithaca senior living community, at 2230 North Triphammer Road? I believe construction
started about a year ago, so I believe the permits would have been issued in early 2015. Also, who is the
general contractor on the building permit? Have permits been applied for yet for phase II construction work?
I apologize for not filling out the FOIL form, I unfortunately don't have the ability to print the form off, and I
was unable to type into the form. I do not need copies of any documents, an emailed response to
mhall@buildcentral.com containing the answers to my questions is a sufficient response.
Any information is appreciated.
