A zoning permit application replace an existing 4'fence with a new 6'fence at the above
referenced property has been denied. The fence is located within 2.5' of the property line in
back of the house (that has frontage on Devon Road), which is less than the minimum 25'
required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Setbacks. The owner is
seeking a variance to allow the reduced front yard. Therefore a public hearing has been
scheduled for 8:00 pm on June 6th, 2016 at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw noio,
